  • You also confirm you have checked all dimensions and/or power requirements before proceeding.
  • You confirm you have someone able to accept delivery which will be KERBSIDE ONLY (8am-8am) unless confirmed otherwise in writing by Abbott Catering Services Ltd.
  • You are responsible for the inspection of the delivery immediately and you must notify us within 24 hours of any damage. If the courier will not wait whilst you inspect the delivery, then you must sign for the item as ‘damaged’ or ‘unchecked’ and follow the above steps to notify us within 24 hours if any damage is present.
  • You confirm that special order, B-Rated Sale Items and fabrication orders are non-returnable, and other items which are returned because of any reasons other than damage/fault will be subject to a re-stock fee.
  • We are unable to accept returns for items that are no longer needed because of any other reason than damage or faulty appliances once confirmed by Abbott Catering Services Ltd.
