• 304 stainless steel 1.2mm thick pressed top - fitted with "foaming area" and anti drip edges.
• Top fitted with "foaming area" and anti drip edges.
• Thermostatically controlled upto 190ºC with safety thermostat set at 230ºC
• Highly efficient stainless steel armoured heating elements 
• The heating elements tilt up to allow easy cleaning
• 304 stainless steel fry tank with radiused corners for easy cleaning - with all stainless steel exterior
• Supplied with front drain off tap with safety latch
• Sloped front panel allows easy viewing and access to the controls
